Actually, Suren 'liked' another OTC CEO who revived his CE ticker. It was on Linkedin back in January if you want to take a look. SBES is a much faster spac to uplist than going through the time consuming process of going directly. That said I notice Xu follows Suren on Linkedin. If this was a scam, I'm sure Suren wouldn't waste time leaving his name on otcmarkets for his reputation, family name and Nasdaq tickers. That wouldn't be smart.
