It is but on big board tickers reverse splits are extremely rare. On the OTC it's seemingly every year or two with most of these con jobs. The RGBP 52 week high is now showing almost $20.00 per share--ROFLMAO!!!!

And...it will make stocks like this on seem to have once had a pps 1000 times higher. People will need to do their DD but I can just see the posts to come....

RGBP went to $122 once it can do it again!!

Isn't that pretty much standard reporting?
