To clarify, we still don't know what Saean Inc.'s OS is, only EMPM’s. - As far as we know, those two entities (EMPM and Saean inc.) are separate, have different share structures, and not connected.

According to NVSOS, Saean Inc has an AS of 220M, with OS being "unknown". It’s been that way for years.

As it stands, we still have no idea if EMPM was merged with any other entity, or "if" they will use EMPM, or if they have plans for it at some point in the future, or if they just decided to walk away from it all together. I haven’t seen anything on it, since the lawsuit was concluded. At this point, EMPM is a complete mystery. It doesn't look like we're going to know, or be able to figure it out, until it's revealed in future filings.

With that said, I continue to believe we are somehow in this, for reasons I’ve stated all along.
