Why would you suggest that? Company’s are constantly in need of capital if they want to grow plain and simple. Any smart and long term investor recognizes that. Expecting a company to avoid dilution in its early stages while it seeks to achieve growth organically and through mergers and acquisitions is the absolute wrong mindset.

Why would you prefer a company to be capital constrained and delay its growth?
