I appreciate what you're saying but it seems like a man of Dr Lebby's intelligence would be able to keep more than one group informed at a time if he had the desire to. This lack of information does NOT seem to be an issue of priority but rather lack of concern with what shareholders feel or think. Perhaps combined with difficulty with NDAS but this NDA excuse is getting really old!!!
