Well DBMM did have the appearance of a functioning business AND was already making periodic reports to the SEC.

MIKP on the other hand has no evidence of an actual business nor has it made any periodic report since it deregistered in 2015…

…so there’s that.

This has all the hallmarks of a large holder who, after a long long time, wants to dump and has financed Mark’s costs to get the filings done so it goes pink current and gets some liquidity to do so.

We shall see…
