Feldenkrais got in bed with criminals by choice. No one forced him to merge his so called business with a guy under federal indictment. No one forced him to instruct individual-1 to send backdated resignation letters. No one forced him to stand by and watch Svorai gain control of outstanding convertible debt equaling 40% control. In fact nowhere does it state or exhibit that he ever objected to any of what was going on.

(1) He bought the series A preferred stock. He is the owner of the shell. They didn't really "merge" anything. CATV had zero operations.

(2) And where does it say that Feldenkrais (by name) instructed anyone to do anything?

(3) How did he stand by and watch Svorai take control of the shell? He was already under investigation DURING the attempt. Feldenkrais became CEO in December. Not to long after that they shut down the stock.

(4) Why would he come out and say he objects?

Fact is Feldenkrais never issued a PR since the case came to light in 2021 to explain Svorai’s lone involvement in criminal activity in CATV, or deny culpability in any shape or form, or clear the record of his knowledge. This is beating a dead horse for nearly two years.

He also mentioned in a Tweet that he could not say anything about the case. Which, you know, makes a lot of sense.

I’ve watched this criminal organization consisting of Svorai, Zoyes, Ruggeri, Skolnick, Taieb, Vaccaro et al operating schemes going back 15 years. Feldenkrais was the front man, and things had to move quickly and efficiently — that’s why the backdated resignation letters were integral to lifting the stop sign at OTCM and a snag that he had to deal with quickly — instructing the CHS to find someone in your driveway to forge the signatures — it’s not like you’re forging an opinion letter for a debt conversion — Svorai’s words.

Feldenkrais is now the FRONT MAN?

I asked you before to show me any other documents, articles or the like that mention Feldenkrais. But you did not supply those as usual.

But even more importantly is the fact that you have never mentioned Feldenkrais in any of your posts ever. I can web scrape your name and find key words. Feldenkrais's name has never came up in your "15 years of experience."

So now all of a sudden he shows his face in CATV? At the worst possible time of Svorai being under investigation in real time?

Why is that?

Not only that but the resignation letters could have been easily obtained from the three people the document was talking about. Those three people were Jeffery Wildermuth, C.L Morris (most likely Cortney Morris) and Dominick Falso. They were the original executives of CATV.

Cortney Morris I know for sure you are well aware of.
Dominick Falso was at one time the VP of marketing for Yuka. Which I know you are well aware of.

These two individuals have close ties to Zoyes and Svorai. No wonder why Svorai couldn't get them to backdate the resignation letter by these people. They all knew what was going on.

You also seem to be misinformed with how law enforcement collects information in an investigations, and basic constitutional and statutory rules that govern cyberspace surveillance by the government.

First of all, it’s against the law to record citizens without probable cause. It’s A violation of their fourth amendment right. Feldenkrais was not under investigation at that specific time, so the government would’ve had no information as to the extent of his involvement.

So if the FBI was following Svorai during this time and they knew Feldenkrais was involved they couldn't record him? They couldn't get proper authorization? I'm pretty sure that's how the Mafia was brought down. It's called the RICO act.

How do you know he was or wasn't under investigation? Zoyes couldn't have told the FBI that Feldenkrais was involved? The FBI wouldn't see that Svorai was working with him?

This scheme was happening in real time. Of course the FBI would know the extent of his involvement.

It's been over two years. Why has there been no formal case against Michael Feldenkrais? What are they waiting for?

(1) Zoyes wanted out of CATV.
(2) Sold the series A to Feldenkrais.
(3) Zoyes knew Svorai was looking to buy up debt.
(4) Zoyes wanted to reduce his criminal time.
(5) Zoyes set him up.
(6) Zoyes told Feldenkrais what was going on.
