Feldenkrais got in bed with criminals by choice. No one forced him to merge his so called business with a guy under federal indictment. No one forced him to instruct individual-1 to send backdated resignation letters. No one forced him to stand by and watch Svorai gain control of outstanding convertible debt equaling 40% control. In fact nowhere does it state or exhibit that he ever objected to any of what was going on.

Fact is Feldenkrais never issued a PR since the case came to light in 2021 to explain Svorai’s lone involvement in criminal activity in CATV, or deny culpability in any shape or form, or clear the record of his knowledge. This is beating a dead horse for nearly two years.

The problem doesn't lie in that statement. It lies in the fact that Svorai was under investigation from the FBI already. While this particular scheme was going on, the investigation was happening in real time. And this scheme was happening prior to Feldenkrais taken over as CEO.

That means, if Feldenkrais was involved, he was being trapped in real time. It has been two years now. They don't need to take Svorai's implication when they could have just caught Feldenkrais at the time of the investigation.

The scheme was in motion because Svorai knew he had someone that ran a hemp business to put into the shell. Thats the prosecutor’s words. Svorai had undisclosed control of the shell by January 2021 — If Svorai didn’t know Feldenkrais (a hemp business ready to go) back in October 2020, he wouldn’t have been buying large blocks of shares and gone forward with his plan.

I’ve watched this criminal organization consisting of Svorai, Zoyes, Ruggeri, Skolnick, Taieb, Vaccaro et al operating schemes going back 15 years. Feldenkrais was the front man, and things had to move quickly and efficiently — that’s why the backdated resignation letters were integral to lifting the stop sign at OTCM and a snag that he had to deal with quickly — instructing the CHS to find someone in your driveway to forge the signatures — it’s not like you’re forging an opinion letter for a debt conversion — Svorai’s words.

In fact, as far as we are aware the backdated and forged resignation letters that prompted CATV to secure a current status still stand at OTCM. That seems to be a prime catalyst if a shareholder decides to sue CATV and its CEO for breach of trust and continuing to operate under false pretenses.

You also seem to be misinformed with how law enforcement collects information in an investigations, and basic constitutional and statutory rules that govern cyberspace surveillance by the government.

First of all, it’s against the law to record citizens without probable cause. It’s A violation of their fourth amendment right. Feldenkrais was not under investigation at that specific time, so the government would’ve had no information as to the extent of his involvement.

Second, Svorai was the only target of an ongoing investigation. In order to secure a court order for trap and trace or a pen register device which gives very limited data would’ve been easier than a wiretap. The FBI had to show a judge probable cause relevant to an ongoing investigation, and the order would have to be limited in scope to the target and only for a brief amount of time. Title III dictates requirements for wiretaps. Wiretaps are used for listening and invasion, and require more comprehensive scrutiny. Title III also mandates court supervision and minimal intrusion. Much like the affidavit for an arrest warrant was limited in scope to only Svorai.

They were ONLY lawfully permitted to record Svorai’s communication with the CHS, and a single email address that was specifically controlled by the FBI — [e-mail] — that’s it! Their case would’ve fallen apart if they even took a single step outside those perimeters.

So, your premise that ” if Feldenkrais was involved, he was being trapped in real time” is profoundly misguided, and fails to take into account the laws that protect citizens against government intrusion.

There’s been several lawsuits showing where Feldenkrais has been trying to bamboozle people out of money and livelihood. He has made false statements and outright lies about his past, and his family ties. Most importantly — he managed to show SH’s firsthand who he truly is by bamboozling them with non-existent businesses with ridiculous valuations. There’s currently no business here relating to any of the subs that he passed off in PRs as tangible, operational, and worth millions.

If we are to believe Feldenkrais actually had holdings worth millions on the line, and didn’t know Svorai (he did) then you can bet he would’ve done a simple google search on who was this guy helping him go public. I mean an idiot would’ve had enough sense to protect themselves. Before you hire a contractor the first thing you do is do a google search for reviews, yet so called millions of dollars on the line with no questions asked. Like you said:

This is not a 20 or 30 something old man. This is a man in his 50's that is well established in business, law and national communities with no prior involvement with the OTC.

If you had a friend who was under FBI investigation, would you take on anything with that person? It doesn't make sense if you have a friend like this. Why now?

Greed is a powerful thing, that has made better men than Feldenkrais commit unthinkable crimes. He’s not special or impervious to falling for a get rich quick scheme. The man is dirty, and one would have to be completely shut off from all reasonable thought process to believe he was some innocent bystander when by his own admission he knew exactly what was going on — there’s no spinning that!
