Curious about the dividend “the Company intends to issue a dividend of the sales proceeds to ENZC shareholders on the date of record of the declared and approved dividend.” Does this mean sale proceeds of their product(s) up to the date of record? What date is that? I’ve been in ENzc 2+ years but am a novice trader/stockholder, feel free to enlighten me, thank you.
