Friendly or not, the fact that those notes are unpayable along with over $5 million in notes that came due in 2022, shows the dire financial status of this company. Those liabilities that came due and are coming due, must be settled eventually, friendly or not and remains as a huge weight on the financial situation of this company and its present and future existence. One very BIG RED FLAG on the books.
