Thanks, Sokol....I see the knee specialist (doctor) on Tuesday, but in the meantime, I'm using ice which takes down the swelling and pain somewhat....also using Aleve....can't believe this happened "out of the blue", they did see osteoarthritis (not big on both knees) but I have been now thinking it might be a tear of my ACL or LATERAL MENISCUS...who knows? but I have the CD Disk and he'll surely know how to diagnose this..
