You're not the first....and probably won't be the last to claim active dilution. There's just been a lot of bizarre MM activity on DVLP. But Stavros (the CEO) has been pretty straight with the shareholders.....and he's said multiple times that there should be no need for further dilution post the Reg A ending this past December
