I think the dividend is either going to be SAGA shares or cash payout of $0.002 for every share of ENZC that we own. I don't think we come close to even half a penny. And the dividend might be for people who owned shares only from a certain time period, say at the time of the announcement of the SAGA deal recently. Any who buy shares after that date might not be eligible. Just being honest here.
