Until investors “see” the revs, or a CPG giant takes even a nibble of us….imo, our SP won’t move much.

An $NGTF 8-K, with our material Amenity announcement along with the main Choice Hotels PR about Nightfood going into ALL their Sleep Inns….should move our MC considerably, at least initially.

But until the fruits of our labors make it to the official filings… trading channels might continue for a couple more quarters, without investors realizing eye-opening shareholder value returns.

Our next 10-K or QTR 1 2024, reporting periods ending 6/30 and 9-30 respectively, and due to be filed at the end of Sept and middle of Nov…might, finally, show us the big $$$s.

I’m solidly on board, and continue to increase my $NGTF position… extremely excited about our Nightfood’s business prospects for a huge success story, ultimately unfolding.
