Injectables dulaglutide / semaglutide are pretty amazing stuff.

While continuing to swim a mile three times a week I've lost 60 pounds in 2 weeks, virtually all core fat.

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
