Kaiser has no incentive, it seems to me, to reveal RWE data on Vascepa, especially if positive. All that would do is socially pressure them to prescribe more of the drug and increase their costs. It’s unclear if longer living heart patients really helps their bottom line. I will be surprised if KP ever releases MITIGATE results for the same reason. KP is an insurance company, not an academic institution or drug company.
