STTN / Brian Bonar - ITEC didn't cease to be - it was kicked off of the NASDAQ exchange (I think in 2001) then in 2004 became Dalrada Financial Corp (DFCO) then in 2007 stopped doing SEC financial filings, then in 2009 terminated its registration with the SEC and look at it now.

Your statement of convoluted deals and Bonar falsely stating that things were going well when they really weren't was the subject of this class action lawsuit file against Bonar and ITEC back in 1999:

In January 2003, DFCO entered into a Stipulation of Settlement with the plaintiffs. It agreed to pay the plaintiffs 5,000,000 shares of common stock and $200 in cash.

The stock was trading at between $.01/share and $.02/share then making those 5,000,000 shares worth between $50,000 and $100,000.

The Parties accepted the settlement.

Pursuant to a hearing in May 2003 the Court provided approval to the settlement.
