The reason why the stock is trading where it is right now is because they spent millions of dollars on a facility in Iowa before they had a proven technology to grow shrimp. The reason why the stock is trading where it is right now is because they knowingly did business with one of the worst toxic financiers in the United States. By the way, they signed on with him when they knew that he was being actively sued by the United States government. The reason why the stock is trading where it is right now is because they are in $20-$30 million in debt with virtually no revenues, no cash, and no ability to even service the debt, except for the fact that the toxic financiers are selling stock into the market to pay off the debt.
