A platform that is years away from its 100% potential, and this is assuming something better doesnt come along, which in this day and age is actually highly likely. Technology is moving fast. You need to factor this in. Its going to cost BP another $2-5 Billion to maximize the platform, and even then, what happens if the DCVax shelf-life on medical acceptance is only 6-8 years before something better comes along. Investors need to factor these things in, I am 100% sure folks like Merck or Biogen are.
