Best I can make of it

The lowest non executed trades by those not holding due to other factors (IE. INSIDERS) is 0.0002. See that trade and all the conversion stock non insiders may panic. On the other hand they may have lock down agreements --this non transparent company doesn't offer much in fact or honesty.....a BIEL TRAIT.

It's an interesting study, St. John LLC, IBEX LLC and a few insiders I can't print here.
But I know who they are.
When Humpty Dumtpy falls off the wall....I will be there to fill in the blanks, albeit not on this forum.
