Why do you think it is being Dismissed with “Prejudice” ?
It’s because the suit can never be brought again. No the parties don’t matter as it has nothing to do with BioAmber.
This is yet another feeble attempt to try and bring some fake fantasy payout. The fantasy that those worthless shares will be paid for is just that a fantasy. It has no possibility of ever becoming true.
You have a chance to hit the lottery but you have no chance to get paid for those BioAmber shares in anyway. You will get bitten by a Great White shark in your bathtub before ever being paid for those former BioAmber shares. You don’t get a payout when none of the creditors were paid off and all left impaired.
