Good Morning -

I wanted to take a minute to provide this update on some recent Company developments.

On March 13, 2023, we announced our new relationship with Sonesta International Hotels Corporation resulting in the launch of Nightfood ice cream into three Sonesta chains (Sonesta Simply Suites, Sonesta Select, and Sonesta ES Suites)

On our investor conference call, on March 14, 2023, we announced that a national hotel chain had launched a test of Nightfood cookies as a check-in amenity and that a successful test is expected to result in hundreds of thousands of dollars in monthly revenue

On March 16, 2023, we announced that Nightfood secured Qualified Vendor status with Choice Hotels International, one of the world's largest lodging franchisors. As a Qualified Vendor, we're looking forward to exhibiting at our first ever Choice Hotels International convention in Las Vegas next week (April 25 - April 27).

On April 4, 2023, we announced a "proof of concept" test with Nestle START and CO.. For the test, Nightfood cookies will be handed out on TAP Air Portugal flights from Miami to Lisbon to gauge consumer interest in nighttime snacking for potential opportunities for partnerships and/or international expansion of the Nightfood brand.

I'm eager to share the results of these tests when we have them, and share additional updates. We're optimistic that the live test results will be as positive as the traveler surveys that were conducted prior to deciding to launch the test.

We're tremendously excited about these opportunities and partnerships as we pioneer the nighttime snack category.
