A deal does not prove commercial viability unless it’s high scale and generates meaningful revenue. We know they have standalone devices which work and are hand picked out of many modulators with the best specifications. A small deal tells us nothing. The user could be doing something experimental or for R&D.

They need a Tier one to sign on and show everyone the money! The stock goes down with anything less.
