FORW has nothing to offer a rather large company. Actually, FORW doesn't have anything to offer any company.

So far Sharp has brought in 2 other scams - Ligand and Maverick. But now Sharp is supposed to bring in a rather large company - no real company would want to be associated with this garbage.

And no real company is going to do a reverse merger without audited financials.
