Dumb question here as always but… if nwbo wins in court and proves that the share price was spoofed below the price it
Should have likely been at given the news(let’s say for sake of my question that the price is above the minimum requirement for listing on a major exchange)… do you know of a listing exception clause or anything that allows them to uplist based on what should have happened if said illegal actions never happened?

I don’t know is an ok answer but it’s been a question I have had for a while and not seen anything on. You seem to be the type that could point in the right direction on something like this.
