QS... Since you seem to be a "PUMPER-DUMPER," just keep on listening to Penny Reps/CEOs, whose main job is to convince guys like you! Don't you know that because of the Penny stock culture, it is usually "Survival" first, and that means saying whatever they get away with to keep investors solidly entrenched!

I think those guys will have some kind of Battery, (How Much time,) but it will have to pass many legal standards before it becomes the law of the land! It might happen, but even if does pass, will it fulfilll the commercial demands? Tough job ahead, but the guys are eager that's for sure!
