Unfortunately can't Swing Trade or go Long with this as Dilution is occurring, two straight days so far this week, after hours T-Trades of a over 3.4M shares.

Had a quick review of recent 10K and there is a $6.5M outstanding Note, so I need to more DD before dipping my toes into this one heavy!
