Out of casual interest, I don't own this tock, but for some reason I follow it, I checked the Google reviews of Modern Pro Solutions. The last positive review (I didn't check them all, but I went through many) was 5 months ago. Everything 4 months ago and more recent is 1 star with one saying that the company is out of business. So, while Google reviews isn't the best way to judge a company, it does provide some data which support your claim.

The LinkedIn profile of Bobby Tetsch does say that his time with the company ended in Feb 2023. It doesn't say that the company doesn't exist, but the website still has him as the CEO. The last Twitter post announced the form 1-Z with the SEC in March, which was signed by Bobby Tetsch on 3/3/23, unless I am misreading the form. This isn't a form I've seen before. There is no disclosure regarding the change at CEO or any other subsequent event.

So, I would agree with you, and also state that the company isn't or didn't communicate this.
