I'm very pleased with the financing Art arranged.
The most important takeaway is that it will now
allow more to happen sooner. Art needed to know
what the first four wells were going to deliver in terms
of flow and revenue. Now, he knows. So he waited
until he knew for sure to arrange this financing. I have
no doubt he had Eight Capital on stand-by with this
package ready to go the minute he knew what Ak2/3,
Ak-West, and Guluc-2 were going to deliver in $$$$'s.
The monster flow from Guluc-2 is what put the last
piece of the "How much?" puzzle in place.

My speculation - and that's all it is - is Art is discussing
the Saturn platform, which even at this moment is sitting
by its pier in Constanta, so apparently is available. GSP
has proven they can "walk the walk" by the way they've
brought in 4-out-of-4 with the current Rig, and a 5th is
on its way.

Saturn is just what's needed to make more happen sooner.

I couldn't be more pleased with how things are progressing.
