Well, Zion Oil has not given me, a shareholders any warm fuzziness.

I just voted. Lots of abstains, but most of all, a NO for 1.2 billion shares.

They still have $20 million available with the already previously authorized shares. I see no need to dilute the stock more than it already is.

I voted yes to 800 million, so there is that.

Lawsuits dismissed
SEC no further issues
Back to MJ1 I guess.

How about releasing some pertinent information before you ask for a blank check. Sure, the podcast was informative, but it was but a sprinkle of what I would need.


As with 'other' elections , my votes mean didly squat. It all matters now with the whale(s).
