Interesting that the company made April 12th the record date for owning shares that could be voted at the AGM. Setting that date back in arrears seems a little sneaky.

Also notice that MKT complained in their letter about “extremely dilutive and problematic” stock option plan and the company plans on diluting some more in relation to their stock option plan:
