Once MHRA approval happens, NWBO will almost immediately begin generating a healthy cash flow. That decreases NWBO's desire to settle out of court and Citadel knows this. If this goes to trial I think you're looking at $3B to $4B and some really dirty secrets coming out about CDEL. I could see Citadel offering $1B to make this go away but I don't see a settlement happening until after MHRA.
