I look at litigation, like what NWBO is pursuing, as simply a reminder that they have thought things through and are not sitting on their hands just waiting for another attack. There is also more constant news from this lawsuit than from progress reports about BLA/MAA for news starved investors to have something to cheer for and digest in the mean time even if the effect might not be felt for quite a while yet.
The only thing that really detracts from what NWBO has is nothing new to talk about. The science has been validated on many fronts, the progress in manufacturing approval at Sawston is in the books and so we wait on BLA/MAA submission(s), updates on progress with Edens and a contract manufacturing agreement with CRL. Some posters say these things are not really connected but reporting on them separately has not happened for quite some time. I find that interesting. Best wishes.
