... Fact' ... The WMI to the WMIH Preferred Managing Sub' is still SEC trackable and was used after the Reorg, to pay KKR its Cash' 3% Quarterly, as well as the Run-Off Notes' ... period' ... It Was Never, Ever, Drained ? or Removed' ... I'm NOT Guessing' ... (actually I usually don't guess')

... There is a tremendous amount of information available securing the original WMI Holding Company's Ownership, and Subsequent RELEASE' ie: uq's Commons' ... and then the segregated Preferred Managing Sub of course' ... ALL Documented ... I'm just not sure of the K's is all ... as a subset' ...

You have said we are moving forward. I know you have said you don’t know, but if you had to guess, just your best guess/prediction, do you think P’s K’s Q’s might get paid this year?
