Please forgive the rookie question, but doesn't AMRN have a billion dollars tax loss carryover? So an acquiring company gets to use that to offset their income? So if the corporate tax rate was 35%, that tax loss is worth $350m to an acquiror? Plus the $300m cash,so together they are worth almost $2/share without any product or revenue?
