Dear Mario, something as basic as predetermining whether a private lithium miner can or can not have a 51%plus controlling interest in his own lithium mining company is basic to formulating a basic "survivable" NLP (National Lithium Policy) and if these focking leftist commie adolescents running this current government had ever been employed at real jobs before their government positions they would know this basic parameter/understanding is the numbero uno requirement before you (ie a person) starts a company and pours your (ie their) money/heart into the new business.
