I am pretty sure Allay was denied many years ago by the USA FDA. Not sure, but I think they did not have sufficient data required by the FDA and due to lack of funds it was put on the back burner. Not surprised as this company is cash strapped and another costly trial was not feasible. Don't really know why anyone would be excited to see this launched, as this management has failed miserably trying to sell 2 other FDA cleared products in Actipatch and Recovery RX. Why would anyone believe that Allay would be any different. ie $100,000 sales of those 2 USA FDA products in last TWO quarters. OUCH!
