This investment is dead in the water as long as those note/loan to stock deals are in effect IMO. There is no real hope for investors when the noteholders start 'cashing in'. 'Cashing in' means selling and that WILL happen, as they did not take that deal to not capitalize on that self serving 50% discounted priced stock deal. I sure would not want to be holding any significant amount of shares when that 'tsunami' happens.
