this will take time, imo it's all about patience.....

As you said the OTC sucks right now, thus traders are taking 10 -20 % ( 20 if they are lucky ) its easy to see as most pinks I watch are churning,, in other words spinning their wheels.

SHMN has to continue to show the lab is moving forward with pics, they also need to show financing, or how they intend to pay for this venture.

After that it's paramount to show, or explain to the masses how they will eventually produce higher revenue/ profit.

What I love about SHMN right now is it's been beaten down with the rest of the pack, we all know what separates them from the rest......

Footers are poured , launch pad is ready, BUT patience is required.
