Patience? The financial situation grows worse by the second. Anyone being "patient" will be wiped out. How long do you think COWI can limp along in their financial condition?

Even the claims that they are "reducing the debt" were proven untrue in the last 10-K. The converting and dumping of the stock by the toxic death spiral debt holders only reduced the growth of the debt. It didn't reduce the overall amount of the debt owed to them in any way, as the unpaid interest continues to compound and grow. And now that COWI's late filing of the 10-K put so many of those agreements into technical default, the interest rates on them have almost certainly jumped as detailed in the 10-K, which further puts COWI in the already impossibly deep hole of insolvency.
