ellismd-I realize that the 2 are separate and I am sure you are correct that sam would get some concession,but a comment earlier by revlis made it sound that sam would HAVE to license with IDCC in order to utilize Infineon's technology that contained IDCC ipr.Maybe this is the back door approach to getting royalties from those that don't seem to want to license the whole program.
