I still don't see the incentive for insurance companies to cover a combo drug. They all cover generic statins already (which are cheap), and a large % don't cover Vascepa. But many DO cover generic Icosapent Ethyl. So.....you are basically saying that insurance companies will now start covering branded Vascepa because....why?

Plus, not everyone can take the same statin.

I just don't think it adds up to a winner in the U.S.

I would, however, like to see some progress on the new formulation (MND-2019).

Because covering a statin and vascepa separately would be more expensive than a 1 pill combo. People win, insurance companies win, and most importantly amrn and amrn investors win. A combo pill is where it's at
