1) Up to date financial information given in an ASM or quarterly conference call is not illegal. Calling Dave and getting the information that isn’t public is illegal.

2) An analyst asking a question about the Eden system during a quarterly conference call is not getting an answer through a third party. The principal giving the answer during the conference call is through the first person. Could be Linda herself. During the conference call it becomes public information and is not illegal.

Surprising why you cannot fathom why quarterly conference calls are not needed with accredited analysts. You prefer the overweight blogger and the guessing on the message boards.
