Ahhhhh, I remember back in my younger years when I was a young whipper snapper in 2017 when Codelco CEO Nelson Pizarro basically gave the same "we are in early talks" speech https://www.reuters.com/article/us-mining-bmo-codelco-intl-idUSKBN168330 that Codelco CEO Maximo Pacheco gave today about Codelco finally getting into lithium mining in Maricunga. But both Codelco CEOs are deliberately not telling the reader which "big players" they are talking to regarding Maricunga's lithium... and I am sure we will be hearing the same speech in another 4 years from now from the new female Codelco CEO almost word for word.

Codelco is coincidentally (and conveniently) always talking to a mysterious someone about Maricunga lithium for a couple weeks prior every upcoming NLP announcement/same-old-fart-fest.
