.... and we've boringly sat through them all... the grand pooh-bah NLP announcements from the mouths of Michele Bachelet, Aurora Williams, Sebastian Pinera, Baldo Prokurica, Juan Carlos Jobet, Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric, Willy Kracht (RIP), Nicolas Grau (March & April 2023), and Anti-Mining Marcela Hernando (latest evil incarnation of the eternal leftist/commie Thief In The Night) plus scores of other fleeting revolving-door officials from the Chilean government. Let me guess what Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric will say on Friday:

1. This leftist/commie government wants help from private miners in mining THE GOVERNMENT'S Pinochet-god-given lithium... unfortunately rigidly located on smelly peon privately-owned properties.
2. This leftist/commie government wants the private landowners with lithium on their property to sign a deed (which government lawyers will craft 100%) over to us (Chile) giving us (Gabby & Marcela & RP) leftists/commies over 51% ownership/control in the lithium mining companies these private miners previously established legally under Chilean law.
3. This leftist/commie government wants over 51% ownership in the new lithium "revised" companies but we (leftists/commies) don't want to invest a single red peso from our cash-strapped Treasury in any new "revised/restructured" lithium companies... because we (Chile) don't have a single red peso to spare investing in crap-shoot lithium mining... we (ie the Government) are basically broke... we're deadbeats.
4. This leftist/commie government then wants to tax and super tax through royalty decrees (changeable every 30 days) on lithium mining income a cumulative total of 48% (see Mario Marcel for voluminous impossible-to-trace paper formwork).
5. This leftist/commie government then wants to put the RP (Radical Party aka PR) in charge of all oversight lithium desk-job (in modern catered AC cooled offices) mining work for the next 30 years... or sodium batteries becomes a reality... whichever comes first.
6. This leftist/commie government then wants all our leftist/commie grifters given over-priced easy-peasy (but look hard) maintenance contracts (aka free money) on the lithium mining jobsites so these leftist/commie party-members can live the good life.
7. This leftist/commie government does not what to pay any money to private lithium land holders under the expropriation laws of Chile for taking the lithium and water from the properties in question to be sucked dry of lithium. Editorial note: You all will remember that SIMCO/Simbalik wants US$2.6 billion from the State for their property (5,700mtpa) in Maricunga. Thus following that formula our LPI property (15,200mtpa) would be valued at 2.66 times the SIMCO/Simbalik formal legal claim.
8. Have I missed anything?

We junior lithium miners have all heard all these NLP demands before from the government/mafia/extortionists/scammers 428 times since 2013 and now we're going to hear again on Friday.
