Sharp lost two custodianships because of failure to serve/notify all parities involved.
Then for GOFF/WNFT Sharp told the court the case needed to be expedited because he had a merger lined up - but this was to circumvent the system and not properly serve/notify all parties such as Calasse.
That is what it seems to be, at this point. Exploiting a loophole in order to circumvent the system and speed up the process without properly notifying the shareholders.
I am not sure we will ever know if he had a merger lined up or not. But logically, if he did, he would have handled everything differently as time is money for a company looking to do a reverse merger.
