Sharp is just trying to muddy the legal waters.
And I doubt that the SEC stated Calasse had committed fraud and malfeasance without filing a complaint against him.
Sharp lost two custodianships because of failure to serve/notify all parities involved.
Then for GOFF/WNFT Sharp told the court the case needed to be expedited because he had a merger lined up - but this was to circumvent the system and not properly serve/notify all parties such as Calasse.
Again, if Sharp is so certain that he will win the lawsuit why hasn't he proceeded with the reverse merger.
It is extremely odd in the real business world that a lawsuit causes the company to stop all business and wait for the Courts to decide.
