There will never be a secret restructuring EVER!! There was no restructuring done with BioAmber as that failed and it moved into a liquidation. The liquidation was approved by all parties involved and everything was sold to LCYB for $4.34 mil. Nothing was prearranged.
Former BioAmber shareholders will not receive a monetary payment in any form for their worthless BioAmber shares now or ever.
BioAmber left all of its creditors impaired as not even one of them was paid off. Now an empty debt ridden shell is all that remains of BioAmber.
Banking on bankruptcy fraud as a last hope of being paid is a last ditch sign of desperation
