Complex restructuring can take up to 5 years, ( it's almost payday for Bioamber's shareholders and time for the Bioamber trustees to take another case) looks like we will get a cash settlement from kahc plus shares eg. Origin or Lanzatech that will keep growing into hundreds of dollars, isn't that what executives plan for, some end up in jail if they make mistakes and get caught) (happy holding the same shares as they are) please check out the Bioamber website and see the changes being made
