I agree with that. The GS reply was way way too long. Should have been short and to the point. 99% of the arguments do not relate to the business at hand.


The reason the reply was long, even though it doesn't directly relate to the actual arguments in the appeal was to highlight Calasse's fraud and malfeasance. I'm sure if it wasn't a good idea his lawyers would have advised Sharp against doing it. It was actually most likely his lawyers' recommendation. And it doesn't make his case "seem weak" as some are falsely insinuating.
